Welcome to Roar Kids Academy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to holiday camps, extracurricular clubs, and any other programs provided by Roar Kids Academy. 4. Participant Conduct
Respectful Behaviour: Participants are expected to treat staff, other participants, and facilities with respect and courtesy.
Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions and rules provided by Roar Kids Academy staff.
Safety: Participants must prioritise safety at all times and refrain from engaging in behaviour that may cause harm to themselves or others.
5. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect participation in our programs.
Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, we will take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, including seeking medical attention if required.
6. Liability
Limitation of Liability: While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, Roar Kids Academy shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our programs.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Roar Kids Academy harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights associated with our programs, including but not limited to curriculum materials and branding, belong to Roar Kids Academy.
Use of Materials: Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials provided by Roar Kids Academy without prior written consent.
8. Termination
Termination by Roar Kids Academy: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our programs if you fail to comply with these Terms or engage in behaviour deemed unacceptable by our staff.
Termination by Participant: You may withdraw from our programs at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation policies and fees.
9. Amendments
Changes to Terms: Roar Kids Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Program Cancellation: In the event that Roar Kids Academy cancels a program for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
Participant Withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw from a program before its commencement, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms outlined below.

Notification: To request a refund, you must notify Roar Kids Academy in writing at least 24 days prior to the start date of the program.
Administrative Fees: Roar Kids Academy reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from any refund issued.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
