SAME DAY/LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Sessions are available to book up until midnight the night before. Should you need a same day/last minute booking then you will be charged £10 instead of £8.50. To book you will need to email bookings@roarkidsacademy.com and you will be guided on next steps.
To pay for sessions using childcare vouchers / childcare accounts please carefully follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select your sessions and use the code QKO700 at checkout. Your order will automatically show as £0.00
Step 2: Organise payment to us via your childcare vouchers/ childcare account.
(We are currently registered with the below. If you don't see your provider in the list below then please contact us and we will ensure we do our best to get you covered!)
Computershare - You can locate us via our user ID number 0026992271, setting name or postcode. The setting name is Roar Kids Academy and the postcode is KT2 5TY
Bravo Benefits - You can locate us via our Ofsted registration which is 2795532. Our setting name is Roar Kids Academy and the postcode is KT2 5TY
Tax Free Childcare - The setting name is Roar Kids Academy and is registered at the school address
Childcare Grant Payment Service - Please do not use the code in Step 1. Email/call us separately to receive your unique booking code
Step 3. Please ensure you put your child’s name as the reference so we can easily locate your payment.
Step 4: Once you have made the booking on our website as well as completed the transaction on your childcare vouchers/ childcare account please email us on bookings@roarkidsacademy.com and let us know the total amount you have paid e.g JACK TURNER £393.50
We need this to match the transaction to your child's name (that should be the reference) in our business account. Failure to do so will delay confirmation of payment on our end.
Please note that all sessions must be paid in full in advance of your child’s attendance. Therefore I would suggest booking at least 3-4 working days in advance to ensure the money has been received. If the payment remains uncleared at the time of your first booked session then a late payment fee of £10 will be charged to your account.
