Get ready for the ultimate adventure at Roar Kids Academy Camp! Calling all young adventurers aged 4 to 11! At Roar Kids Academy Camp, we believe that every child deserves the chance to explore, learn, and have a blast in a supportive and inclusive environment. From thrilling outdoor activities like football, archery and Kinball to exhilarating indoor activities such as dodgeball, bouncy castles and nerf gun battles, every day at Roar Kids Academy Camp is filled with laughter, friendship, and endless fun. Our experienced and enthusiastic staff are dedicated to creating unforgettable memories and helping campers build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their inner explorer. When dropping off your child to camp, please use the gate opposite the school office. There will be a staff member there to register and greet your child. Camp notes
Things for you to remember when bringing your child to camp:
FOOD/WATER: Please provide a packed lunch and water bottle for your child. It is recommended to bring plenty of snacks as well. Your children will be highly active during a Roar Kids Academy camp and we have a morning and afternoon snack break. We are a nut free school.
CLOTHING: Please ensure your child has appropriate clothing for all weather conditions. Your child must wear comfortable footwear to run around in. Please do not let your child wear any form of flip flops or slip on footwear.
DROP OFF/PICKUP: On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of staff at the gate opposite the school office. Your child will be registered by one of our team. Please try to be on time for your booking. Late entries are allowed but this does impact the camps busy timetable.
Pickup is at the same gate. If you do need to pick your child up early then please email info@roarkidsacademy.com to let the team know and call 07969959754 five minutes before your arrival. We will do our best to have your child ready on your arrival. Once again, drop off and late pickups can be arranged but please be mindful that this can impact the children's camp experiences.
LATE PICKUP: In the event of you collecting your child late, please ensure you let us know if you are running late. We will then charge you for £4 for the extended time.
To pay for camp days using childcare vouchers / childcare accounts please carefully follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select your camp days and use the code FGF657 at checkout. Your order will automatically show as £0.00
Step 2: Organise payment to us via your childcare vouchers/ childcare account.
(We are currently registered with the below. If you don't see your provider in the list below then please contact us and we will ensure we do our best to get you covered!)

Childcare Grant Payment Service - Please do not use the code in Step 1. Email/call us separately to receive your unique booking code
Step 3. Please ensure you put your child’s name as the reference so we can easily locate your payment.
Step 4: Once you have made the booking on our website as well as completed the transaction on your childcare vouchers/ childcare account please email us and let us know the total amount you have paid e.g JACK TURNER £180.00
We need this to match the transaction to your child's name (that should be the reference) in our business account. Failure to do so will delay confirmation of payment on our end.
Please note that all camp days must be paid in full in advance of your child’s attendance. Therefore I would suggest booking at least 4-5 working days in advance to ensure the money has been received.
Once we receive payment we will mark your booking as paid in full and notify you.
